Couples looking for a solid spot

We had a solid experience, my partner and I. The hotel was clean and the super nice team,, especially when we were lost trying to find the sights.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what we got.

This good budget hotel is cute with excellent staff. It has a great selection of meals to offer, the food is fab.

spotless and wonderful rooms available with comfortable bed, great air con and a bidet. plenty of great food.

I've seen better, but worse too

The staff were accommodating. The room was spacious and well-maintained, great to relax after long days exploring.

The area around the hotel felt uninviting and poorly kept. Breakfast options lacked variety, leaving little to choose from each morning.

Second room, after being moved from the smallest room I have ever been in for a city center 4 star hotel

First allocated room, room was so small you had to walk sideways around the bed & this was a superior room!!!!!. Tiny bathroom.

Clean and well priced hotel with marvellous and absolutely perfect location as close to attractions as claimed, just what I needed. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was fab. Here I spent 1 night and enjoyed being in this place.

The Superior Triple Room was quite spacious and the beds were really comfortable. It had a nice setup and cleanliness was spot on. The air conditioning worked well, a relief in the summer heat. We loved the breakfast options too, especially the fresh pastries. It felt cozy and inviting.

No Jug for tea or cofee in room.

Location is far from the center,very small room,no free internet

Front desk crew were good, offering us a lovely map with their secret tips! The location was decent too, not far from transit.

But, good heavens, the shower seemed like a death trap! I half expected a swimming pool with all that water sloshing about!

The location of this place allowed us to easily explore Rome. Roy, the staff member, was super helpful and genuinely friendly. Our family loved the spacious room setup. We even had fun visiting the nearby gelateria, indulging in delicious gelato every afternoon!

My kids wished for a broader breakfast selection with fresh vegetables.

It had its shortcomings. The rooms were spacious with beautiful decor, but the noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated their help throughout our stay.

This hotel had its moments, like the kind staff and decent breakfast options, but the rooms were small and not very clean, with broken sink fixtures and uncomfortable beds. The location was okay, somewhat far from the city center, but we made the best of it.

The decor of Hotel Best Roma is lovely and cozy with warm color tones and finely crafted wooden finishes. Accessible transport options nearby were very convenient for getting around.

A wider breakfast variety would enhance the experience.
